For those of you following the news, there has been an attack with a number of gunmen opening fire on civilians at a very popular mall in Nairobi called Westgate. My understanding is that there have been 20 casualties and at least 50 people are hurt. We are following the news closely while trying not to go crazy. We are, thank god, fine, having gone to see the studio of a local artist this morning to the south of the city rather than heading north toward the mall. We know people who work there and are very concerned about them.
